Masonry and Tuckpointing Services

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide masonry and tuckpointing services for state buildings throughout the state. The selected contractor will perform all work required to complete these projects in a professional, cost-effective, and timely manner. The scope of work includes repair or replacement of brick and concrete block masonry, stone walls, and tuckpointing. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to fully execute the project. • Repair or replacement of brick and concrete block masonry, including mortar replacement and tuckpointing, at various State buildings. • Repair or replace of stone walls, with additional tuckpointing as needed. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to fully execute the project, including any required restoration work.
