Description
The South Dakota Division of Insurance seeks a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive market‑conduct examinations—both on‑site and off‑site—of insurance companies. The contractor will provide examiners, manage planning, conduct investigations, issue reports, and handle invoicing, all in accordance with NAIC standards and state confidentiality requirements. The work is scheduled to begin within 30 days of contract award and continue for an initial two‑year period, with potential renewals.
• Provide qualified examiners and an Examiner‑in‑Charge for each assignment.
• Conduct full‑scale market‑conduct examinations, issue RFIs, and prepare draft and final reports (final report under oath within 60 days of each exam).
• Deliver monthly invoices, progress reports, and maintain required insurance and certification compliance.
