Description
The Advanced Composites Institute (ACI) at Mississippi State University is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for the implementation of an approved FY 2025 Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) project related to the improvement of a manufacturing facility. The scope of work includes preparing plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening and contract execution, and performing construction inspection. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. The contract will be on a fixed price basis, and the selected firm or individual will be responsible for providing all engineering services through project closeout.
