The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a vendor to provide a Patient Observation Rounding System—including hardware for proximity‑required patient monitoring and a cloud‑based compliance platform—to be deployed at the George E. Wallen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The solution must support acute‑care, ED, behavioral health, recovery, skilled‑nursing, and long‑term‑care settings, ensuring staff perform required safety checks, capture vitals, and integrate manually with the VA electronic health record.
