Description
The City of Kingsland, Georgia, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services for the redevelopment of Lions Park. The project includes the construction of new athletic fields, a concession building, restroom buildings, and other facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver a complete and operational facility.
• The project includes full site development and infrastructure, construction of a new concession building, and installation of advanced mechanical, electrical, safety, and technology systems.
• The contractor must demonstrate successful completion of at least three athletic field or park construction projects of similar scope and complexity within the past ten years.
• The contractor must provide a cost breakdown by item and an estimated time of completion.
• The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with one or more proposers.
