The City of Smithville is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a new multi‑use trail within city limits. The scope includes grading the corridor, installing concrete pavement, adding pedestrian amenities, constructing curb ramps, and completing drainage improvements. Bidders must obtain the full set of plans/specifications from Drexel Technologies (non‑refundable fee) and submit a sealed bid with a bond equal to at least 5 % of the proposed price.
