The Borough of Atlantic Highlands is seeking a qualified attorney to serve as the Harbor Commission Attorney for calendar year 2023, providing routine legal services on a fixed‑salary basis and extraordinary services on an hourly basis. The attorney will attend commission meetings, draft ordinances, review contracts, and represent the commission in litigation and specialized matters.
• Fixed‑salary compensation capped at $12,000 for the 2023 appointment.
