• Full bridge reconstruction (prestressed‑concrete beam, ~29 m span) and related sub‑structure work.
• Earthwork, aggregate base, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalks, and drainage structures.
• Installation of steel guardrails, chain‑link fencing, signage, pavement markings, and temporary traffic control.
• Coordination and protection of existing water, sewer, power, and telecom utilities.
• Required compliance with Navajo sales tax, Buy‑America (≥ 90 % U.S. steel), and subcontracting‑percentage rules.
