Description
The County seeks a qualified architecture/engineering firm to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the Larchmont Golf Course campus, then advance selected projects into construction‑ready design documents and provide construction administration services. The effort includes phased planning, cost‑benefit analysis, coordination with multiple consultants, public outreach, permitting, and ongoing site‑visit oversight.
• Master planning phase: site‑visit, phased implementation plan, three design iterations, public comment and Commission review.
• Post‑master‑plan design: detailed construction‑ready drawings for the maintenance building and clubhouse upgrades, with cost estimates and coordination with a future general contractor.
• Construction administration: review of submittals, RFIs, pay applications, bi‑weekly meetings, monthly site visits, and punch‑list/warranty documentation.
• Mandatory deliverables: cover sheet, acknowledgment of addenda, company experience profile (100 points), and optional interview (10 points).
• Schedule: RFQ issued July 27 2026, site walkthroughs Aug 11‑12 2026, questions due Aug 13 2026, response due Aug 20 2026, contract execution target Sep 30 2026, contract end Jun 30 2028.
