LED Conversion Project

The City of Centennial is seeking bids for an LED Conversion Project, which involves replacing approximately 150 existing streetlight fixtures with LED fixtures. The project will take place in coordination with an existing streetlight conversion project, and assets will be updated in the City's GIS platform to ensure adequate recordkeeping and synchronization between the two field operations teams. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a proposed schedule of construction and estimated monthly payments within ten business days of the date of the Notice of Award. • The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. • The bid security must be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum price bid. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. • The City is a Colorado governmental entity, and all information included in bids and other written information submitted by the bidder is subject to the provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act.
