The Creative Montessori Academy is seeking bids for the CMA Elevator Modernization Project. The project involves the modernization of elevators at the academy. Bidders are required to submit a sealed bid, accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check, a sworn and notarized criminal background affidavit, a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the academy's board or superintendent, and a sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement.

• Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on June 24, 2026, at 4:05 p.m. at the architect's office.
