ARRI ALEXA 35 Cameras, ARRI Premium Production Sets, and ARRI Lenses

The University of Southern Mississippi is seeking bids for the procurement of two complete ARRI ALEXA 35 camera systems, including ARRI Premium Production Package accessories and comprehensive ARRI lens packages. The objective is to acquire cinema-grade equipment that enables the Visualization and Digital Multimedia Outreach grant (ViDMO) to continue producing premium, unique content focused on telling the story of the Blue Economy. • The contract will be for a period of three years. • The University requires the vendor to provide a minimum of three customer references. • The vendor must comply with all applicable local, State, and Federal laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations. • The vendor must provide a complete brochure with pictures of each item and point out any deviations from the specified items. • The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids.
