The Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking qualified vendors to replace 77 existing AXIS IP cameras across eight Oklahoma locations with current‑generation, TLS 1.3‑capable models. The scope includes pre‑installation verification, removal of legacy equipment, supply and installation of new cameras, configuration, testing, documentation, and a one‑year workmanship warranty. Bidders must submit detailed material and labor pricing for each camera model, as well as general project costs and any optional items. Required installer certifications include MCDE, MCIT, and Axis Certified Professional.
