E.W. Howell Co., LLC is providing early notice of a potential upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) that has not been formally issued. In anticipation of diversity participation requirements., we are recaching out to gauge interest from NYS M/WBE & SDVOB certified firms for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), Institute for Basic Research (IBR), Building 29, Renovations & Decommissioning Services located at 1050 Forest Hill Rd, Staten Island, New York.
At this stage, the project is in the preliminary planning phase. However, we would like to begin identifying qualified firms for potential participation to support expected contract goals.
Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 18%
Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 12%
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
