S--LANDSCAPE SERVICES AT NWS WFO IN LAKE CHARLES, LA

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide landscape services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Lake Charles, LA. The contractor will be responsible for managing and performing exterior landscape maintenance services, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain the landscaping and grounds in a neat and well-maintained appearance. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option periods of one year each. • The contractor must have experience in providing landscape services • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services • The contractor must be able to provide environmentally friendly products and services • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations • The contractor must be able to provide a site visit and inspection of the premises
