Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Counter sUAS

The United States Marine Corps intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Anduril Industries for the procurement of Non-kinetic Attack Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS) Packages, including Pulsar Lite (Pulsar-L), and vehicle integration kits. The Pulsar-L platform is required to meet an urgent need for C-sUAS capability for the newly fielded Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) platform. The contract is expected to be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of one year. Some key features of the Pulsar-L platform include: • Proprietary software and sensor fusion algorithms • User-in-the-loop (semi-autonomous) response capabilities • Open architecture to support collaboration with other sensors and weapon effector systems • Minimal engineering required for integration into the ACV • Ability to provide battlefield management and situational awareness to users
