Description
The Parkland Health and Hospital System is seeking a qualified contractor to install fabric‑wrapped acoustic wall panels on the 17th‑floor quiet‑activity area of its new hospital’s Behavioral Health wing. The work includes verification of field conditions, supply and installation of MBI Colorsonix (or approved equivalent) panels, coordination with hospital operations, compliance with infection‑control and safety programs, and provision of a one‑year warranty.
• Supply and install 2 ⅛‑in‑thick, polyester‑fabric acoustic panels (4 × 6 ft and 2 × 6 ft) with NRC ≥ 1.0, using Z‑track mounting.
• Perform site verification, submit shop drawings, and coordinate ICRA/PCRA assessments prior to work.
• Maintain a clean, controlled environment, protect existing finishes, and meet all OSHA, PHHS construction‑safety, and infection‑prevention requirements.
• Provide an all‑inclusive price not to exceed $16,000, including materials, labor, freight, taxes (tax‑exempt), and warranty.
• Submit required documentation (insurance, licenses, references, safety program, SDS/MSDS) with the quote.
