Description
The project consists of structural repairs to exterior elements at the guestroom buildings at Dale Hollow State Resort Park. These repairs generally consist of spalled concrete, corrosion of steel, concrete cracking, and steel column repair. A new concrete pier will also be constructed at an existing retaining wall. Key aspects of the project include:
• Structural investigation and repairs to exterior elements
