Description
The City of Allentown is seeking to retain one or more qualified vendors to be included on a Master List for Moving & Disposal of furniture, equipment, files and other related materials. This solicitation is not limited to the currently anticipated move outlined but is intended to establish a contract for use on an as-needed basis. The City is currently in the process of moving from 10th Street Patrol to a new location and will require vendors to provide quotes for moving and disposal services. Key services include:
• Moving of furniture, equipment, and files
• Disposal of unwanted materials
• Provision of quotes for services as needed
• Compliance with City of Allentown regulations and ordinances
The City is looking for vendors who can provide these services on an as-needed basis, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
