The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition for an outpatient clinic in the area of Sunrise, FL. The clinic will require approximately 103,423 square feet of space and must meet specific requirements, including being properly zoned, outside the 100-year floodplain, and compatible with VA operational, clinical, security, and patient access requirements. Interested parties may submit information demonstrating their ability to provide an alternative facility that satisfies VA's requirements and is economically and operationally advantageous to the Government.
