Description
The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement to provide interior painting services at Frank H Freedman Elementary School. The work includes interior painting and associated labor tasks (scraping, patching, sanding) of selected areas. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $50,000.00.
• The bid documents can be requested through the City’s website beginning on February 11th, 2026.
• A site visit is strongly encouraged on February 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. on-site.
• All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before February 18, 2026, by 4:30 P.M.
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates apply.
