Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a firm fixed price, commercial, sole source brand name procurement for the acquisition of a TSI Incorporated Aerodynamic Particle Sizer. The contract will be for a period of 8 weeks from the date of award. The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12.102.
• The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered item.
• The contractor shall report the unique item identifier information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor shall submit the information required by the contract clauses as part of the offer.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, environment, and security.
