Description
The State of Alabama is seeking suppliers for building supplies. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The contract may be canceled by the Chief Procurement Officer for justifiable cause.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within this solicitation.
• The supplier must not be engaged in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which this State can enjoy open trade.
• The supplier must be registered, collecting, and remitting Alabama State and local sales, use, and/or lease tax on all taxable sales and leases into Alabama.
