Description
The Abenaki Nation of Missisquoi is seeking qualified subcontractors for the renovation of their tribal headquarters and food pantry. The project includes rehabilitation of the shell, roof, entryway, interior HVAC and electrical systems, refrigeration, and finishes. The building is a contributing member to the Village of Swanton's historic district. The contractor must comply with the Build America-Buy America Act (BABAA) provisions and meet the bidder responsibility criteria.
• The project requires a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through.
• The contractor must provide insurance policies compliant with VT State Insurance Specifications.
• The contractor must comply with applicable labor laws and include filing fees in the bid.
• The contractor must provide a Section 3 Business Certificate and workers' certificates.
• The contractor must provide a Certification of MBE/WBE/Section 3 Status.
• The contractor must provide a Davis-Bacon payroll and partial release of lien with each request for payment.
