On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Hartford is seeking qualified consulting firms to join an “on‑call” roster that can provide engineering‑related professional services on an as‑needed basis for a variety of municipal projects. The contract is a one‑year base term (through April 30, 2027) with the possibility of up to three one‑year extensions and a short month‑to‑month continuation period. Firms may respond for any of six service categories, ranging from flood‑control engineering and comprehensive civil/structural design to environmental site assessments, bridge inspection, traffic engineering, and parking‑structure consulting.
