Sources Sought Notice- United States Naval Academy Mess Attendant Services

The United States Naval Academy is seeking sources for mess attendant services to support the Midshipmen Food Service Division. The contractor will be responsible for providing managerial, administrative, supervisory, direct, and overhead personnel to perform wardroom dining room services and non-food preparation catering support. The services will be provided for approximately 4,500 midshipmen, plus supporting staff and approved guests. The contractor will be required to provide personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and associated support needed to meet the standards of the contract. Some key responsibilities include catering, cleaning, trash and garbage removal, galley pot and pan wash, and other services.
