Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Wind River Office and Bunkhouse. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 4 Optional Years for a possible total of 5 years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies/consumables necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies/Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Some key services include: vacuuming carpets, semi-annual carpet cleaning, floor work, low dusting, high dusting, spot and glass cleaning, cleaning bathroom and kitchen fixtures, trash removal, recyclable material removal, and light fixtures cleaning.
• The Wind River office is approximately 2,112 square feet and is located at 1262 Hemlock Rd, Carson WA 98610.
• The Lower Bunkhouse is approximately 3,674 square feet and is located at 161 Martha Creek Rd, Carson WA 98610.
• The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 4 Optional Years for a possible total of 5 years.
• The period of performance will be: Base Period (04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027), Option Period 1 (04/01/2027 – 03/31/2028), Option Period 2 (04/01/2028 – 03/31/2029), Option Period 3 (04/01/2029 – 03/31/2030), and Option Period 4 (04/01/2030 – 03/31/2031).
• The contractor must provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies/consumables necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed.
• The Government will not instruct the contractor as to how to perform the service but rather inspect the performance of the contractor in meeting the requirements.
