Description
The Community College of Aurora (CCA) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and produce student recruitment materials, including brochures and other marketing assets. The project includes creative design, photography, layout, and printing. The final deliverables will support student recruitment for the 2026–2027 academic year and will be used across print and digital platforms. The vendor must have experience in higher education or public-sector marketing, capacity to provide design, photography, and print production, and ability to deliver print-ready materials meeting CCA branding and accessibility standards.
• The project timeline is approximately 8 months, with draft designs due within four weeks of contract execution and final delivery by August 1st, 2026.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable provisions of §§24-85-101, C.R.S., et seq., and the Accessibility Standards for Individuals with a Disability.
• The vendor must provide pricing for specifications listed, including any fees associated with delivery.
• The contract may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms at the sole discretion of CCA.
