Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply 100 assembled 7‑inch/8‑inch FPV quadcopter drones, 16 unassembled kits, 17 pilot kits (goggles, controllers, etc.), and up to 10 days of in‑person training. All hardware must be NDAA‑848/889 compliant, solder‑free, and meet specific weight, speed, payload, and connectivity requirements. Delivery is required as soon as possible, but no later than six months from award. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑priced technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.
• 100 assembled FPV quadcopters (7‑inch/8‑inch, carbon‑fiber frame, brush‑less motor, LiPo battery, NDAA‑compliant radio & video)
• 16 unassembled quadcopter kits with full parts list, schematics, and solder‑free quick‑connects
• 17 FPV pilot kits (hand‑held controller, goggles, batteries, chargers)
• 1 training effort (3‑10 days, 8 h per day, 3‑8 students) – vendor to provide daily rate
• All components must be NDAA Section 848/889 compliant and FY24 NDAA Subtitle B compliant
• Delivery within 6 months; training to be scheduled after equipment delivery
• Small‑business set‑aside; award based on price, technical acceptability, past performance.
