L&N Stadium Premium Box Wall Renderings

The University of Louisville is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, and install an exterior architectural screen‑wall system for the premium box area of the L&N Football Stadium. The work includes providing architectural services, obtaining all required permits, fabricating custom aluminum battens and a top‑rail system, and completing installation in accordance with owner‑provided renderings and shop drawings. The contractor must also submit shop drawings, coordinate with the Physical Plant, and provide a one‑year warranty on parts and labor. • Install ~240 linear ft of aluminum battens (2” × 6” × 8 ft) with a black metallic finish, vertically mounted and capable of supporting signage. • Provide full architectural services (design drawings, permitting, coordination) and secure all permits/inspections. • Fabricate battens and custom top‑rail, install using mechanical anchorage to existing concrete floor and ceiling, and ensure plumb, level, and square installation. • Deliver required submittals, maintain daily site check‑ins, and comply with university safety, OSHA, and COVID‑19 protocols.
