Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Pearl Harbor (PH) Regional Contracting Office is requesting quotations for a Bridge DPM Contract that includes Schedule I (Outbound) and Schedule II (Inbound) packing, containerization, and local drayage services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). The contract will be for a period of performance from 01 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, and the place of performance will be Honolulu, Hawaii. The contractor will be required to furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services, and the pricing arrangement will be Firm Fixed Price.
• The contractor will be responsible for packing, containerization, and local drayage services for outbound and inbound shipments.
• The contractor will be required to provide a quality control program that includes an inspection system for services listed in the required services chart.
• The contractor will be required to prepare and submit various reports, including a weekly report, a report of shipments on hand, and an outsized air cargo report.
• The contractor will be required to notify the contracting officer of any incidents that may produce loss, damage, or delay to personal property shipments.
