Millwood Culvert Replacement & Underground Utilities

The City of Winchester is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to remove and replace existing box culverts under Millwood Avenue and install conduit for power, telephone, communications, and data for undergrounding of overhead utilities. The project includes the removal and replacement of existing box culverts, installation of conduit, and other related work. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 240 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires the removal and replacement of existing box culverts under Millwood Avenue. • The installation of conduit for power, telephone, communications, and data for undergrounding of overhead utilities is also required. • The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 240 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to complete the project. • The project includes other related work, such as surveying, maintenance of traffic, and erosion and sediment control.
