The State of South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a single vendor to provide BeyondTrust Password Safe solutions, including cloud licenses, on‑premise appliance hardware, remote implementation services, e‑learning courses, and ongoing maintenance. The contract is for one year with an automatic renewal clause, and all work must be completed and invoiced by the end of the state fiscal year (June 30 2026). Bidders must be a registered South Carolina vendor and submit a fixed‑price, responsive bid through the online procurement portal, accompanied by a signed hard‑copy cover page.
