This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform the Phase 1 parking‑lot expansion at Dane County Regional Airport, including removal of existing concrete sidewalks, installation of new concrete sidewalks, curb cuts, lighting fixtures, underground utilities, and associated site work. The work is federally funded under the Airport Improvement Program and must comply with Buy‑American and other federal procurement requirements. Key elements include:
