Description
The Topeka Correctional Facility is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for pest control services. The services include weekly pest control, treatment of attic spaces, service of bait stations, and inspection for bed bugs and termites. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for the services, including weekly routine pest control, bedbug treatment, annual termite service, and emergent response. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for renewal.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials.
• The contractor will be required to complete background checks and be escorted by TCF staff while performing services.
• The contractor will be required to provide at least two in-state references from customers they are currently providing pest control services to.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including those related to anti-discrimination and immigration.
