Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Siemens CT System and Siemens X-Ray Systems at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Camp Humphreys

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific is seeking information from qualified sources for preventive maintenance and repair services for Siemens CT System and Siemens X-Ray Systems at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Camp Humphreys. The contractor will provide trained personnel for on-site support, including labor, travel, tools, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, parts, and test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) necessary to perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and/or calibration (CAL) procedures, as well as unscheduled repair visits. The equipment must be maintained in a fully functional state, in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, and in compliance with Joint Commission (JC), HIPAA, and the NFPA 99 Standard for Health Care Facilities. • The requirement is for a one-year base period, with four one-year options. • The contractor must provide software updates for covered equipment that enhance equipment functions and operations without hardware changes. • The procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. • Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing no later than 22 January 2026 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
