Richland County School District One is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide a broad range of professional design services on an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The solicitation covers multiple disciplines—including architecture, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, geotechnical, surveying, and landscape architecture—and allows the District to issue task orders up to $100,000 each, with a cumulative ceiling of $300,000 per vendor over the two‑year contract period.
