Request for Information Scope Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential sources to provide a lease and maintenance agreement for various medical scopes and equipment. The equipment must be the latest technology available and include high-performance video filtering. The lease will be for all facilities in VISN 15, which includes locations in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, and Indiana. The contract is anticipated to be a firm, fixed-price contract, and the period of performance will be for a base year with three one-year options. • The equipment must include various scopes, such as urology scopes, ENT scopes, gastroscopes, and bronchoscopes. • The equipment must be compatible with high-performance video filtering and have the ability to connect to various sources, such as HDMI, HD SDI, and VGA. • The equipment must be delivered, installed, and fully operational within 30 days of contract award. • The contractor must provide maintenance and support for the equipment throughout the period of performance. • The equipment must be compatible with the current cleaning equipment and low-temperature sterilization process used by the facilities.
