The City of Columbus is seeking a single diesel‑powered tandem‑axle hook‑lift truck equipped with a reversible snow‑plow, a combined salter/anti‑icer body, a dump body, and a street‑flusher attachment for snow/ice removal, material handling, and street‑sweeping operations. The vendor must provide the vehicle, required attachments, on‑site operator and maintenance training, a minimum 12‑month manufacturer warranty, and handle FOB‑destination delivery to the Division of Fleet Management. The contract is a one‑time purchase; pricing must be firm, inclusive of freight, handling, and warranty.
• Vehicle: Diesel, tandem‑axle, hook‑lift system with specified engine, transmission, brakes, and cab features.
• Attachments: 11‑ft reversible plow, V‑Box granular/liquid spreader, cross‑member‑less dump body, 3,000‑gal street flusher with pump and hose reel.
• Obligations: Provide 24‑hour delivery notice, deliver title within three days, supply on‑site training (one day each for operators and maintenance), and maintain a 12‑month warranty through a franchised OEM dealer.
