Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for janitorial services at the Redwood City Area Office. The contract term is anticipated to be effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with one optional year to extend. Bidders must meet the minimum Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement of 5%. A mandatory walk-through will be held on March 5, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
• Key services include cleaning and maintaining the office area, restrooms, and other facilities.
• Bidders must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The winning bidder will be required to complete a Postconsumer Content Certification and provide the form with the signed Agreement.
• The contract award is subject to a complete review of the entire bid proposal for compliance and adherence to the IFB requirements.
