IFB B-27-015-55075 Upgrade North East Harbours Low Pressure Sewer System

The Cecil County Government is seeking bids for the upgrade of the North East Harbours Low Pressure Sewer System. The project involves providing terminal flushing connections at the end of all low-pressure sewer alignments, inline flushing connections at all intersections, and valves where needed to allow for isolation and cleaning. The replacement of the low-pressure sewer infrastructure system is not anticipated. • The project requires the provision of all necessary equipment, materials, and labor. • The contractor must guarantee delivery of materials in accordance with the delivery schedule stated in the specifications. • The contractor must provide portable sanitary facilities, maintain them during the length of the project, and remove them when the project is done. • The contractor must keep all trash, garbage, spent materials containers, etc. picked up on a daily basis and restore the site to a condition equal to that in which it was found. • The contractor must submit and obtain the County’s acknowledgement of an established Company Safety Program before commencement of any work on the project.
