Description
The City of Lewiston is seeking bids for the College & Bartlett Sidewalk Improvements project. The work includes furnishing and installing materials, labor, and equipment necessary to resurface or rehabilitate sidewalks, including paving, driveway preparation, lawn and driveway restoration, pavement removal, common excavation, aggregate base gravel, erosion and traffic control, and cleanup.
• The project requires a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid price.
• A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder.
• The total Contract price shall mean the total bid price as stated in the Proposal based on the estimated quantities of the various items of work.
• E-mailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on 04/08/2026 at 9:00 am via Zoom.
