Description
The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive professional‑development program that enhances social‑emotional learning (SEL) and positive‑behavior support (PBS) across roughly 22 preschool sites. The scope includes four in‑person training workshops, five leadership‑support meetings, up to four classroom‑coaching visits per classroom, four family‑engagement workshops, development and distribution of instructional materials, and ongoing evaluation and reporting. All services must be provided by qualified staff who meet California mandated‑reporter and background‑check requirements, and the vendor must supply both virtual and on‑site delivery as specified.
• Provide 4 SEL/PBS professional‑development workshops (virtual possible)
• Deliver 5 leadership‑support meetings and 3‑4 consultation sessions (virtual)
• Conduct up to 2 in‑person coaching visits per classroom (≈ 25 classrooms)
• Host 4 family‑education workshops at regional sites (in‑person)
• Supply all instructional materials, evaluation tools, and monthly/quarterly reports
