Commercial Range BPA

The U.S. Army is seeking to award a Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial range services in support of the Joint Innovation Outpost (JIOP) at Fort Bragg, NC. The BPA will provide a flexible and efficient vehicle for the Government to acquire access to commercial training facilities and associated support services. The contractor will be required to provide personnel with the necessary qualifications and expertise to support the JIOP's training requirements. The BPA has a total estimated maximum value of $9,000,000 over a 5-year ordering period, with a maximum individual call limit of $250,000. • The contractor must be a small business with a NAICS code of 561210. • The contractor must have facilities within a 90-mile driving radius of the XVIII Airborne Corps Headquarters, Fort Bragg, NC. • The contractor must provide a corporate Safety Plan and possess the required licenses. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to provide personnel who meet the minimum qualifications for key Subject Matter Expert (SME) labor categories. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote in response to each Request for Quotation (RFQ) for complex requirements.
