The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to perform asphalt milling and resurfacing, tree‑root remediation, grading, seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and associated traffic‑control measures for a 5‑mile loop trail in Greenfield Park. The work includes removal and replacement of damaged asphalt sections, mill‑and‑place of new surface course, and restoration of disturbed areas while protecting park vegetation.
