Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Management/Inspection Services

The City of Boulder, Colorado is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to provide geotechnical engineering services and/or construction management/inspection services on an as-needed basis for various Utilities and Transportation projects for the 2026 calendar year. The services may include geotechnical engineering support, construction inspection and material testing, pavement management, and existing pavement condition evaluations. The selected firms will be required to demonstrate their qualifications, experience, and abilities to perform the services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs and waive any informality therein. • The SOQ should include information about the firm's capabilities, experience, and approach to providing the services. • The SOQ should include resumes of individuals to be assigned to the project, including their relevant certifications. • The SOQ should include a list of references and contact information for relevant projects. • The SOQ should include a financial statement and insurance coverage information. • The SOQ should include information about the firm's experience with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals. • The SOQ should include information about the firm's approach to providing consulting services to clients, including controls for efficient project delivery, work quality, and scheduling of personnel and sub-consultants.
