The FDIC is seeking a vendor to provide Fortify On Demand software subscriptions, including maintenance and support, for a one‑year period. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, best‑value award. The vendor must be an authorized reseller or OEM partner for OpenText, provide all required licensing documentation, and comply with extensive security, supply‑chain risk, and post‑government‑employment certifications. Delivery is electronic (software keys, activation codes) and must be completed by the start date of November 1 2026, with the subscription running through October 31 2027. The award may be made to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer, and the FDIC reserves the right to request additional price reductions.
