Description
The Golden Hills Playground Project consists of the renovation of an existing play area, including demolition and disposal of existing improvements, furnishing and installing new drainage systems, retaining wall, asphalt basketball court, chain link fencing and gates, plantings, synthetic turf and shock safety surfacing, bottle filler drinking fountain connected to the existing water service, and installation of play equipment, pergola, and site furniture. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to prevailing wage rates, worker safety, and environmental protection.
