Stanford Health Care is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide construction services for a FEMA-funded flood mitigation project at the Redwood City Campus. The project aims to improve site resiliency and mitigate flood-related risks. The contractor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project work performed by all subconsultants. The project is funded in part through FEMA and may require compliance with applicable federal procurement, labor, reporting, and documentation requirements. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing construction services for a flood mitigation project • Managing and coordinating project work performed by subconsultants • Complying with federal procurement, labor, and reporting requirements • Coordinating with the SHC maintenance and operations team for shutdowns and tie-ins • Restoring existing finishes and landscaping • Providing outdoor washrooms for the construction team • Complying with Davis-Bacon requirements and Build America, Buy America provisions
