Building Soft Washing

The Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is seeking bids for building soft washing services. The successful bidder will be responsible for safely removing all biological growth, dirt, and pollutants from the exterior walls and other areas of 32 university buildings. The work must be completed between November 18, 2025, and June 30, 2026. The supplier must possess a Louisiana Commercial Contractor's license and provide a detailed outline of their process, equipment, and materials before award. • The supplier must remove all biological growth, dirt, and pollutants from the exterior walls and other areas of the buildings. • The supplier must use approved chemistry and applicators, and rinse surfaces with water using approved applicators. • The supplier must protect pedestrians from harm and inconvenience, and ensure that all windows, doors, metal panels, and electrical devices remain unchanged and undamaged. • The supplier must dispose of all residues and work-related refuse from the jobsite at their expense, following all local rules and regulations. • The supplier must have sufficient equipment, supervision, and workforce to finish each project on a timely basis and within the university's time allotment.
